With The Coming of a New Year...

With another year well behind us and the prospect of an exciting future at our door step. Its a great time to reflect on the journey we have been on and what we can learn from it.

I wish I could say it was the best year of my life... but to be truthful... it was not. The best way to describe 2015 is that it was like an ex-stream roller coaster ride. Filled with really high moments and some really low ones too. Most of both where in my control, but alas. some where not. All in all I can say it was a win. But I think what is important to point out is how I have decided to "re-act" to the things happening around me, and how I'm going to use the good "and the bad" to make my next year even better.

I started last year with a new question, " What will it take to make it happen?". Just by applying that question to old dreams and wishes, well, they started to become real. A Trip to Alaska that has changed my life, Making new friends, starting new adventures, pursuing different media's with my talents and growing even closer to my wife and daughter. All things that I never thought could get better, are now way beyond anything I could have ever imagine.

Another Motto I adopted was to "not be afraid"... Afraid of what people think, Afraid to try new things, afraid to face my own flaws. Learning to get past those kind of fears has opened up a whole new world and way of life. I stand with more confidence than I have in years... I feel more prepared to drive myself harder. To turn my dreams into goals and my goals into memories.

Don't let all this goody good talk confuse you. I'm by no means anywhere close to the person that I want to be. Gosh, I make mistakes all the time. But I know that as long as I keep working on being the best that I can be, and be thankful for what I have. Everything is going to be alright.

So my goal and my wish for you in this new year, is to ask better questions, take action on the answers, and turn your dreams into memories...!

Till next time....

Live With Peace, And Pursue Only Happiness.
